2. Description of Service

PWAButton provides a JavaScript widget that allows website owners to add a PWA (Progressive Web App) install button to their websites. We offer three subscription plans: Free, Starter ($9/month), and Pro ($29/month).

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding associated with PWAButton is owned by us. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

PWAButton is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
